As you know, even when the images are meant to look off the cuff and natural, a lot of planning goes into a shoot. I look forward to COLLABORATING with the creative team on all the details of the production.

In our casting, we can consider both models and “actor” style talent. I also suggest that we be open to casting people who are related or know each other. This shoot is all about authenticity, and I love shooting people relating to each other in real ways.

For locations: We’ll prioritize ones with the potential for great natural light. But if the sunshine isn’t cooperating on the shoot day, we’ll always be prepared to use our own lighting to make a space look beautiful.

We’ll cover every scenario for both still and motion. Depending on our resources, we can work with a camera operator who can cover a lot of ground by shooting at the same time I’m making still images. Alternatively, if we’re working with a more nimble team, I can camera operate and we’ll switch quickly between stills and motion coverage.
