Thank you so much for considering me for your upcoming portrait shoot with Vumerity.

I’m a big fan of the work you’ve already created for the brand, and I’m excited at the potential to collaborate with you to create portraits of your Ambassadors.

I’ve put together some images from my archive that I think you’ll find relevant, as well as some ideas about how we will approach the shoot.

A key element for this shoot is to ensure that our ambassadors feel comfortable and confident.

While this is at the top of mind for any portrait sitting, it is particularly relevant for our ambassadors, who may have fatigue or physical limitations, and may not be as accustomed to being in front of the camera.

To this end, we’ll arrange the shoot to maximize their experience. We’ll stagger arrivals, so they don’t spend a lot of time waiting to be shot. We’ll make sure that we’ve got a great playlist going, friendly introductions are made as soon as they arrive, and that we have a great hair/makeup artist that will continue to build the good energy as they prep to move in front of the camera.

The technology that we’ve developed for remote shooting throughout covid will be a big asset for this shoot.

We’ll be sure to have technology set up both to share what we’re capturing live, as well as to be able to directly video chat with those who are joining the shoot remotely.

A Huge thanks for taking the time to review my work. I’ve had such wonderful experiences collaborating with Patients & Purpose and Link9, and very excited at the prospect of another collaboration.

As you prepare the presentation for your client, please don’t hesitate to let me know if there’s anything more I can do to support you.

Thank You!

About Me

I studied journalism at the University of Colorado, and after graduating I moved to New York where I got started working as a photo assistant. Today I shoot for publications like the New York Times and brands like Cadillac, YouTube, Google and Adidas.

I live with my wife and four year old daughter in Bed-stuy, Brooklyn. When I'm not hanging with the family I can be found scouring used book shops for the next addition to my photo book collection, or on a surfboard at Rockaway beach
