Brand USA

Portfolio For

Hello 👋

Thank you so much for being in touch about the Brand USA fall shoot!

Upon reviewing the creative brief, I couldn't help but feel that this project falls right into my wheelhouse.

It combines various elements of my experience as a photographer and director into a single shoot. I've had the privilege of shooting for travel and hospitality clients, working closely with clients to capture both stills and moving images, ranging from social media content to a more cinematic approach.

In this treatment, I've assembled some of my work from my archives that I believe showcases different aspects of my portfolio, all of which I feel resonate with various elements of this project.

Within this portfolio, I've included both still images and images used for vertical social videos. These examples encompass both client work and content from my personal feed. Feel free to click on any video to view the clip and listen to the accompanying soundtrack.

This above campaign involved creating imagery for a mobile app. The project took me to a total of 16 different cities. I believe that it shares certain similarities with the approach needed for this campaign.

This video, which I directed for the Rothy's x Feed collaboration, serves as a prime example of my work as a director. It also illustrates my ability to collaborate effectively with a Director of Photography (DP) to achieve a more cinematic approach.

About Me

I studied journalism at the University of Colorado, and after graduating, I moved to New York, where I started working as a photo assistant. Today, I shoot for publications like the New York Times and brands such as Cadillac, YouTube, Google, and Adidas.

I live in Cold Spring, New York, with my wife and six-year-old daughter. When I'm not with my family, you'll often find me searching for the next addition to my photo book collection in used bookshops or playing soccer with the local dads' soccer club.

Thank You!

Thank you once again for reaching out regarding this project! Just reading the creative brief has already sparked a wealth of ideas in me, both in terms of creative approach and production logistics.

I'm genuinely looking forward to delving deeper into this conversation and learning more about your goals and approach for this project. 🙏🙏🙏
